Papers

 

All papers must adhere to the formatting guidelines and be written in English.

In the version of papers submitted for evaluation by the Scientific Committee, identification, e-mail, or affiliation of the authors should not be included. This information should only be provided in the final version of papers accepted for presentation and publication.

The evaluation version of the papers should be saved in PDF format. However, the final version for publication must be saved in Word format.

The submission process is handled electronically via Easychair.

Format and Paper Template: 

Articles should be submitted in the following A4 format ( IEEE template ). IEEE conference templates contain guidance text for composing and formatting conference papers. Please ensure that all guidance text is removed from your conference paper prior to submission to the conference. Failure to remove template text from your paper may result in your paper not being published.

Type of Submissions

Authors may submit full papers that report significant work in research, development, applications or innovation issues related to the conference topics list. The submitted paper may range from a minimum of 4 pages to a maximum of 10 pages. All accepted English written papers will be submitted for indexing by IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. Accepted papers will be considered for oral presentation. The abstracts of the papers will also be integrated into the electronic proceedings of the conference, to be distributed on the conference website.

 

Submission and Review

The submission process will be performed online. The selection process includes two phases:

Initial submission – A digital version (PDF) of the paper is submitted in blind review format (i.e. with no authors' identification) which will be reviewed and eventually accepted for publication. The Program Committee may also consider the acceptance in poster format. Authors will be notified about the decision.

Final submission and author registration -  Authors of accepted papers should submit the final version of PDF format according to the instructions available here.

• The final version of your manuscript must attend to the comments of the reviewers.
•  Authors must use the IEEE PDFeXpress® site located here to convert manuscript files to the required format.

• Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site 

First-time users should do the following: 

1. Select the New Users - Click Here link. 

2. Enter the following: 

- 64787X for the Conference ID 

- your email address 

- a password 

3. Continue to enter information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup. 

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid. 

 

Note: Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision. CISPEE2025 conference committee will be using the CrossCheck automated screening system to verify the originality of papers. Papers that violate IEEE’s publication policy and guidelines may be rejected, even if they have been accepted in the review process. Disciplinary action may also be taken by IEEE if the violation is deemed severe. 

Author registration - At least one of the authors has to register to attend the conference and present the paper. It should be noted that only papers submitted can be considered for indexing by IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
